Dreams - Poole

I was interested in the Conquest adjustable bed - rang our local store (Southampton) they told us no-one had a display model and generally wasn't interested in helping me further. Spoke Customer Services Dept who said they would talk to Retail Dept on Monday morning to see where we could view one but suggested we try another store in the meantime. So I rang the Poole store, spoke to Mike Nicholson who was very helping going through your product range in detail to help me, so I said I would call over later that day. We arrived just after 2pm and after a short wait (as he was dealing with other customers), we discussed exactly what we were looking for and Mike went through your range of adjustable beds in detail, showing us the displays and giving us information as we tried each one out so we then bought the Tempura 21 Adjustable Bed. We were also looking for wardrobes, Mike said he could also help with those so went through your range and we purchased several units in the Florida range. We were with Mike a good 2-3 hours, he was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and gave an excellent service to us. My wife and I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

We were assisted by Matt today who was very knowledgeable about all the beds we looked at, he was not to pushy with us and was very friendly

My husband and I were served by Helen who demonstrated excellent customer service and she was very knowledgable with regards to the mattresses we were considering. She went out of her way to ensure we were happy and confident that we made the correct purchase.

Your employee had a high knowledge of his products, he also placed us into the tempur room to try the bed. We'll be buying one of these in the future

Everyone was very helpful, we started to look around on our own and then we had brilliant help from the assistants and found what we were looking for alot quicker, lovely happy people, have never been before but will definitely go again and recommend dreams to everyone. Thank you.

Well from the time I walked into the shop,I had amediat attention,which saved me a lot of time,on a very busy day.

The store was well laid out and the sales assistant was very helpful with regards to our needs. As a disabled person he was very patient

I was encouraged to take my time laying on various mattresses. My queries and questioner answered politely and fully. I was made to feel welcome and left to explore or try beds for myself. And I enjoyed a coffee too ; )

I found the Dreams Colleague, (James C), was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Also, he knew when to leave us alone to think our options through, not pressuring us at all,and overall he was friendly and considerate.

Discussed our needs and explaine all the technical terms in a simple manner then let us choose the right mattress with being to pressured.
