The salesman was very good - he quickly answered our questions, made us welcome with coffees, gave us space to chat about the products and was helpful when we ordered

Sales person very knowledgeable of all bed products. Gave us plenty of time to view and try all bed mattresses on display. Explained the delivery times and costs. At no time did we feel we were being pressurised to make a purchase and although we had planned to visit other shops/suppliers of bed products we were so impressed with the service and price at Dreams there was no point. So made the purchase there and then.

We tried some of the beds after we had spoken to one of the adviser, about what we needed. he told us and showed us which beds to try and to look at.

Seen to by James M. very friendly, told him what we were after he told us what we needed to know then left us to look and decided. As soon as we had decided he was very easy to find again and order placed quickly. James Quickly saw and understood we had two young boys and showed us where they could play. Overall a very good visit and James was fab. Would come again and recommend to anyone.

Customer service was excellent and very helpful in explaining about the beds and left us to make our choice and was available when ready to place order and was very informative about products such as insurance and mattresses, pillows
