Jamie M was a great help, his patience was superb. He understood that the family all needed beds and he went the extra mile

We were greeted by a friendly face and shown to the beds we were thinking of buying and after giving us some information the staff member then left us to browse, after much discussion we decided to go for something completely different to our ideas when we arrived, we was then shown to a table where the staff member David was seated and we progressed to buying our new bed, coffee /tea was offered and everything explained to us and fully understood even answering our questions, we came away most happy & satisfied with our purchase,

WE WERE GIVEN THE FULL ATTENTION OF THE SALESPERSON, WHO LISTENED TO OUR NEEDS/WISHES AND THEN SHOWED US ALL OF THE PRODUCTS THAT BEST SUITED THOSE NEEDS. WE WERE GIVEN AMPLE OPPORTUNITY TO TRY THE PRODUCTS IN STORE AND WERE NOT RUSHED AT ALL. ONCE WE HAD CHOSEN OUR PURCHASE WE WERE THEN MADE AWARE OF THE OTHER OFFERS (INSURANCE/LINEN) THAT WERE AVAILABLE TO US TODAY. THE PAPERWORK WAS QUICK AND PAINLESS AND WE WERE OFFERED A DELIVERY DATE THAT SUITED US. DELIVERY CHARGES ETC WERE ALSO CLEARLY GIVEN

The gentleman that served us Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products as when we arrived we were set on having a certain mattress that you do not stock anymore so he pointed us in the right direction and we were thoroughly happy with the recommendation made to us. Thank you Matt

Helen in the Poole store was so helpful and understanding. Explained how I could choose which mattress I would prefer and the base I could choose as I needed a small double.

We were served by Anca & found her to be helpful & knowledgeable without being pushy. She gave us all the information we needed about what we were looking for & then gave us time to consider our options.

David was helpful and knowledable. It was good to be able to try the mattress out in the dream pod and the video gave a helpful description of the types of mattresses available.

My wife and I were approached by salesman Matt as we were looking around the store he was not pushy but helpful, knew about all the beds and he gave us the information we were looking for. We spent about an hour in the Store and with a large selection of beds it took a while to go round and select the bed we wanted. With a couple of chats with Matt we finally selected the king size Langley with Ottoman Set.

The assistant outlined how the system of coloured coded beds worked and gave us some pillows to use when trying the beds. We were also offered coffee. Other help on delivery dates was found by the assistant when requested. Although hepl was available it was not intrusive.
