Matt helped us enormously with our requirements and took time to fully understand our needs and explain the details of the products.

David was very knowledgeable on all the varieties of products and how they differed. He was not pushy in completing a sale, he allowed us to spend time testing the beds and every now and then checked we were ok and if we had any questions. We were offered coffee which was a very nice touch, as we knew we would be in store for a while. Upon chatting my husband mentioned he was ex services and David instantly advised us of a discount available with defence service card which my husband had. This information was not obviously displayed, however David was open about the offer for which we were able to apply to our purchase should we make one.

Efficient, professional and knowledgeable service

I wasn't pounced upon as soon as I entered the shop, I had time to browse before I was approached by the sales assistant. When he did so he was able to answer my questions clearly and demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the type of mattress I required. I was offered a cup of tea and plenty of time to make my purchase; very professional.

Your assistant James explained all the difference between the mattresses and gave us tea an coffee while we had a good look around.

David the gentleman we dealt with was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He talked us through the products with enthusiasm and an understanding of our requirements. This enabled us to make an informed choice on the product we felt was right for us.

the assistants left us alone to have a look around before offering assistance which we appreciated. as so often you are pounced upon as soon as you enter a shop which can be a bit off putting. he was very helpful and not at all pushy. there was also a good range of matteress"s in the store to choose from overall good experence.

James C that served us was very good, didn't hound us when we walked through the door, looked round at our leisure and was there to assist us when needed. Excellent knowledge and great friendly service, with a nice hot drink thrown in
