We were impressed with Matt's knowledge of the product and was informative without being too pushy.

We came in for advice on purchasing a new bed and mattress and were a bit lost with the different mattress types when we arrived. The sales assistant was extremely helpful in pointing out the different types of mattress and recommended various ones that would suit us. It was good that he simply expalined the differences and then pointed out variuos options in differnet price ranges then left us to try which ones suited us best. There were 3 sales assistants that were each helpful in answering questions but gave us space to make our own choice.

Sales assistant extremely helpful and not pushy at all.... Also I was aware it was very close to closing time yet the sales assistant was very calm and not in a hurry to close the sale

Anca who served us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she showed us what was available and talked us through the differences in each. There was no pressure placed on us and Anca suggested we took some time by ourselves to go over everything we had looked at so we could decide what was right for us. The paperwork and warranty was explained clearly and we left feeling happy and confident with our purchase.
