Salesmans approach, knowledge and understanding was commendable, good genuine advice and no pressure to purchase, highly recommend him personally to friends & family

On entering the store in Poole, my husband and I were able to walk around on our own at our own leisure. The store was very clean and visual very easy on the eye, with the layout of all types of bases , mattress etc. We were then approached by James M and he asked us if we would like a drink tea/coffee and if we needed assistance he was there to help and give any information required. we opted to look on our own to which he stated to call him if we needed . After about 10 minutes testing mattress after mattress , we only had to make eye contact and James was at hand. Very friendly and professional he gave us all and more to help us make our decision to buy dream bed, we the discussed drawers and the choice of colour. We also had the opportunity to buy pillows and discussed the guarantee options. Overall it was the most pleasurable shop for a large item I have had in a very long time. Not feeling pressurized at any time. Thank you for the experience and we can not wait for our new bed. Thank you James

The setup of the store was amazing, maybe classed as brilliant! The staff member, James, was polite and certainly knew the product.

It was easy and straightforward, I felt at ease to try out the beds and the assistant was very helpful but also aloud me time on my own to try out the beds without pressurising me.

Knowledge of staff member- and quickness of placing order - the computer system was playing up so she did well to deal with it so well.

The assistant was very helpful and answered my questions to my satisfaction. He even gave me a cup of tea!
