We were met by Emily at the door and she was very patient and helpful explaining the different mattresses and bases to suit our needs. We are highly delighted and after meeting Emily we bought there and then instead of visiting lots of bed shops which had been our plan.

Buying a bed can be overwhelming, but the staff in dreams were super helpful and kind! They made it really easy and comfortable.

Helpful staff. Helped us try out the bed , mattress and even pillows but kept us safe with distancing, putting cover on pillows and wearing a mask

Covid care was excellent, felt very welcoming

The staff at Dreams Poole were amazing. Calm and not pushy but still very knowledgeable and there when you needed. They made the daunting experience of buying a bed so easy and made sure he had our budget in mind and recommended appropriate items. Also I wasn't sure about using the dreams mattress calculator that you lay on but it wasn't awkward and again the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We were served by Miles who was amazing.

Quick and efficient service, and was all patient whilst we decided the best option and provided useful and helpful information to help us with our purchase
