It's a long time since I bought a bed, so I was in unfamiliar territory. However, the staff were very helpful and explained all the various types of Matresses. I was even offered a cup of tea or coffee while the paper work was being done. A real eye opener All in all an enlightening and successful days shopping. Many thanks Mary Chappelle MmM

Everything was as one would expect!

From beginning to the end the service was very good and the colleague was willing to assist wherever needed. The information for the products was very clear and it felt a great shopping experience.

It was all very straight forward and the sales man knew his stuff which was excellent. We went through the whole process quickly and simply.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by welcoming (not pressurising!) customer service. The team accommodated us and even our little boy was kept entertained while we looked at the products. Excellent!

David bent over backwards to help without being pushy.

Everything was ordered in colours according to type of mattress required. Left to try out various mattresses, not hasselled into anything or rushed, very relaxed. James was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
