The gentleman who served us (David) was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. We had our mattress delivered within a week which we thought was excellent service.

I was greeted as I entered the store and not put under any pressure, but had the layout of the store explained and types of beds and mattresses all explained. It was all very clear and I then had time to look around and think about what I wanted. The shop assistant was then available when I was ready to ask questions and make enquiries before my purchase. Everything was very clearly explained and the shop assistant was extremely helpful.

Me and my partner had been struggling to find a mattress that fits our needs, until we went to dreams. We literally have had the best service and best product knowledge and out of this world customer service skills presented to us by Helen in Poole branch. I will literally be telling everyone about our satisfaction with dreams. In the past. I have had quite severe back problems which are due to having poor quality mattresses, well not any more. We have bought quality and peace of mind, knowing we can now sleep well. Thank you so much Helen @poole branch

Very helpful staff nothing to much trouble explained everything very well

This was the first time I've ever bought a bed, so was very unsure. David was very helpful and understanding, he gave me loads of good advice and gave me chance to chat on the phone before choosing my bed. Very pleased with my purchase and the service I received.
