We have bought two beds and a mattress today and was impressed with James who helped us get what we needed .

James who assisted us was so helpful but also gave us space to check out the beds at our own pace. His knowledge of the products was very reassuring. We visited many shops in that complex and this was the best, we were even offered tea or coffee!

Readily welcomed by a staff member. Took us straight to the product we had enquiries about and proceeded to explain about it. We had lots of questions, which were answered in detail, re assuring us, that the item was what we wanted. He then went into more detail on colours, showing us examples. We had some worry about sizes and he took us around the shop, encourage to try sizes out and giving advice on our concerns. Once we had made a choice, we were offered a hot drink whilst the transaction was completed, and we were told about other items in The store we were entitled to purchase with discounts available. Friendly staff, who know their products, a pleasant experience thank you

the staff were of great help. there was no pressure sell involved, and we got just what we came for and it was available to take home with us

Salesman - Mathew was very helpful and explanatory of all the Tempur requirements, which is what I went into the shop for. He recommended that we try out the Tempur Mattress in the provided cubicle. He was very courteous and it made the difference to our purchase.
