Matt was brilliant with his advice and knowledge as it is very difficult chosing the right mattress. This is our 2nd time at this store, this time for our daughter. We bought an amazing mattress last summer hence our return. My only little sadness is that the price on both ocassions has been much higher than first thought. Although good deals, there are a lot of extras which ends in a large bill and has on both ocassions.

Helpful friendly welcome, layout fully explained, then left to try at our own time the various mattresses. When we made our choice, the choice of base discussed fully. Delivery time to suit our needs. A very good experience.

The way you sales person dealt with us and his advise were excellent, courteous and welcoming.

The staff were very helpful and tolerant of our young boys trying every mattress in the shop! It took us quite a while to make our choice and our boys were a bit restless but the staff couldn't do enough to help which made the process a lot easier!

The purchase was all too easy to do, and delivered so quickly, especially as it is such a big item to buy...

Just the right tone. Very informative, sympathetic to customer circumstances and needs. Not persistent with selling add ones when ordering our mattress. We were told about the 8year service option and he accepted we didn't want it. If you go to PC Currys World for instance they are are "customer-botherers" about add on services etc. it puts me off ever going in there. And the managers are too unrealistic with their staff in terms of expectations sell these extra services and warranties. Nobody wins. So I was very happy with our visit today.
