prompt return of my initial telephone enquiry followed by expert advice received on my store visit.

We were greeted by James M upon arriving in the store and offered coffee! Very helpful and knowledgable assistance given whilst choosing our new mattress.

The showroom in Poole was spacious and well stocked with a wide selection of great beds of various types and mattress firmness. Having described the sort of King size mattress we were looking for, James showed us the closest to our requirement. Having tried out pretty much every bed in the store over the next half hour, that's the one we ended up buying - together with a new 2+2 devan base at not much extra cost to provide us with extra storage. We also took out the insurance cover as this significantly discounted the cost of a good bed topper. Looking forward to many nights of comfortable sleep on the new bed!

Showed many ways to purchase

We were looking for adjustable beds: we were very pleased with the amount of choice. We were given information and then left to browse on our own with assistance nearby if required. We lay down on as many beds as we wanted without an assistant bustling over. We left Dreams store and investigated another close by then came back: in no way were we made to feel uncomfortable about this. We had coffee, much appreciated! Everything was talked through sensibly without any hard sell and we felt it was appreciated that this was to be an important expenditure for us so we needed to get it right.

We were approached as soon as we walked in the store by the sales assistance he was very helpful in helping us choose are new bed and mattress very pleased with his friendly approach

The store had exactly what I went in for and the assistant took me straight to it.

We were given time to browse before a staff member approached us rather than being felt pressured as soon as you walk in which was nice. He explained the colour coding to us and asked if we would like a drink whilst we browsed. He answered questions with good knowledge and gave us recommendations when we said which type (combination) we preferred. The sale and delivery paperwork were done quickly and efficiently.
