As both my partner and I work in sales, my partner in retail, we both appreciate good service. James (sales assistant) introduced himself while we were looking at the bed. We told we were just looking and he retreated (as I prefer sales staff to do), but he was close enough to answer any queries we had, while giving us space to browser and discuss the product. James was also very knowledgeable about mattasses, and explained your colour coding system; which enabled us to buy the right one. He also ran through all your offers, but didn't over sell anything and didn't pressure us into anything. It was the correct amount of add on selling. You were also able to delivery the product to us on the day we wanted. James also offered to hold on to a couple of items for us, as our situation didn't allow us to take everything away on the day. All round, very good service.

David (salesman) was very helpful and knowledgable of the tempur products (which I had gone in to try). He spent time helping but also knew when to leave me alone but be within reach to answer questions.

I was approached by a salesman quite early on my visit and asked if I needed help and offered refreshment. When I said I wanted to look around first I was left to browse. I indicated to the same person that I wanted some information and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. The purchase was completed quickly and efficiently, my attention was drawn to offers in the bedding area which I needed for my new mattress and I was happy to purchase what I wanted. Delivery date was very quick as I was buying an ex-display mattress. The salesperson was James and he gave me a card to fill out an online feedback. The validation code is 088. Delivery went smoothly, well within the time slot. The driver phoned me on the morning of the delivery, which James had informed me would be the case. I was in the store during a quiet period but I was not the only person looking around. I'm happy with my experience.

Greeted within 1 minute of entering store.. Given location of beds to choose from after giving details of current bed to replace. Left alone to try beds. Supplied with coffee and place to sit. Revisited several times and given more information to assist choice.. Not overwhelmed or pestered. Available for sale as soon as choice made. Everything explained about sale and choices.
