To be offered a coffee after a couple of minutes was nice,the shop workers let me be and wander around checking beds and were always there when i needed to ask a question.Nothing was too much trouble a very pleasant experience.

Choosing a bed seemed to be a daunting task due to the large variety available. The Sales Assistant efficiently guided us to the bed that suited us and we are very happy with the purchase. It only showed how bad our last bed had become as we now have no aches and pains in the morning. Delivery service was very efficient, arrived on time and very personal. Good Job Dreams!

We were welcomed but also allowed our own time to consider options. As we began to decide we were helped with good knowledge of the products. The purchase arrngements and arranging to deliver to our new house later in May was all dealt with efficiently

The young man who offered us assistance was extremely polite and very helpful (Jake). Finding out information for us wasn't a problem. This was the first time I have purchased my own bed and he was good at explaining what I needed to know, my friend who wasn't even looking for a new bed was even nearly tempted to buy a new one! Considering Jake was in training and needed a little help with completing the purchase he was lovely and professional and I'm sure will make a great asset to your team.

Ana was so knowledgable, helpful & patient during our visit & did all she could to advise us on the products which helped us with our decision. She then dealt with our purchase efficiently.
