This is the 3rd bed i have bought from dreams and would always use them when need new beds for me or members of my family

Your assistant David was very knowledgeable and showed me wide selection of mattresses until I found the one I was satisfied with

We were immediately created by Helen who was very informative about choosing a bed. Extremely helpful and also brought us a cup of tea. Her colleague David assisted us also and again extremely, friendly and helpful. Its a pleasure to do business with staff that enjoy their work.

Nick was helpful and made the experience enjoyable, and gave use choices that were relevant to our situation

knowledge of products held by the staff was very helpful along with the varied choice of product.

On entering the store we were met by the assistant, David, and we explained our needs to him. He then took us to the area where the products that would be most suitable for us were displayed These products were explained in detail and we were given additional paper information. David then left us for quite a while to study and try each bed at our leisure. We were not hassled in any way yet felt able to ask any questions we needed. We really appreciated this and felt no sales pressure as we had at other places we had visited.

Prompt attention, very polite & helpful assistant. Left us alone to browse, wasn't too full on or pushy. That,quite honestly,would have put us off, so all in all a very pleasant & straightforward experience. He even went & got a "proper" pillow for me so I could get a better idea of sleep comfort.

we had no problems buying what we needed, as had so much advice and assistance from Anca every step of the way.
