As we entered the store and were wondering where to start we were approached by Anca who helped us in every way and giving us information about the different types of mattresses which was really helpful. She also gave us time on our own to discuss a potential purchase. Her approach was totally appropriate at all times.

We had a women called Helen she was so polite as me and our partner are moving into a place of our own we explained we had a certain price range she helped so much and it all worked all well we left feeling happy and welcomed

The gentleman who served me was very polite and efficient.

We were served by Edgar who, although new to the job and had a complicated and large couple of orders for two new beds, mattresses and bed linen, was courteous and helpful. The computer order had to be altered so that we didn't have to pay for 2 delivery charges - it was complex and although he needed help from senior staff, we left feeling happy that we had purchased what we wanted. Delivery is next Thursday 19th May so hoping that all will go smoothly.

The colleague was pleasant, highly informed and very efficient.

When we entered the store we were welcomed by a trainee and although we can't remember her name she was definitely memorable to us, she provided an excellent service and did all she could to help out. When we asked about finance she asked the store manager to come over and he talked us through our options. We were given all the time we needed to try out the beds and were given details about the different materials and brands in order to help our decision

I had chosen my wardrobe from the Dreams website, but wanted to actually see it in reality before I made a purchase. Although the store did not have the specific item, they had other pieces in the same range, so I was able to see the finish and the colour which was what I wanted. I was greeted upon entry to the store and shown where the furniture was and offered a cup of coffee, which I may say was excellent. Following my viewing, I decided to make my purchase and the process was conducted by a young trainee named Edgar, with some assistance and everything went smoothly. I spoke with several members of staff who were all friendly and helpful. Everything was explained clearly regarding contact and delivery.
