Server was very friendly, knowledgable and we even got a noce cup of tea! Great shopping experience that i would definitely recommend -now just cant wait for beds to arrive!! The only slight downside is having to pay £40 delivery when already spending £500 on a bed! But overall experience was great!!

James M greeted is woth a big smile and the offer of a beverage upon our entry into the store. He explained the layout of the store and left us to try out mattresses then bringing out beverages. He gave us tips on choosing our best mattress after we had narrowed the selection to 2 and then talked us through the order and finance procedures and then dealt with our order. We had decided to buy both a bed and a mattress and the staff moved our choosenattress to the bed we wanted just so we could be sure it was the correct set up for us. My wife has a neurological condition so total height and mattress surface are important to get right. We concluded our transaction and were told that althought Kames M is moving to the Bournemouth store James C will be at our store and to come in at any time with questions or concerns. We eagerly await our new bed and mattress in 2 weeks.

Very friendly sales assistant, not too pushy and gave us time to make up our minds.

No high pressure sales. In both store visits (Yeovil and Poole) the staff member explained the layout of the store and then gave us time to browse by ourselves. Whenever we needed help it was available.

The salesperson took the time to fully explain the relative merits and characteristics of the various mattress types. This enabled us to make an informed choice.

Sales man David was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble and when we told him what we were looking for her knew what bed we needed and explained in full detail how the bed was made and which mattress we needed for our needs.
