Extremely satisfied with our visit to dreams. We had a lovely sales assistant, very friendly and easy to talk to, very knowledgable. The mattresses were all colour coded which made it very easy to find what we were looking for. Very clean and bright store - Very nice experience and we were very pleased with the price and offers

He wasn't pushy and gave us plenty of space to browse but equally was very informative and gave us a lot of his time when we needed assistance and questions answered. Incredibly friendly. We were explained in detail any query we had clearly and in details. we were offered tea or coffee which we had and it was good.

Everything was well timed. We were given time to look around alone and then approached by an assistant who was on her first day. She was very willing and called her colleague to help as she was in a learning process. Everything went well and the purchase was a simple procedure. Thank you, and see you again.
