David was very professional and friendly with great knowledge

Chris was very friendly, he was also very knowledgeable on the products stocked. We didn't feel rushed at all and were left to try out the displays. The ordering process was quick and easy and we are having our delivery in less than a week! Highly satisfied all round and will be recommending!

I got the bed I wanted and delivery date arranged

The welcome was not over the top and we were given space to try out mattresses before seeking further advice and making the purchase. The sales assistant was knowledgeable and professional. We haven't rated the quality as we haven't spent a night on the product yet so it's impossible to say. But we like the option to change it for another product if we're not satisfied with the comfort etc.

As a first time buyer of a property, I have never purchased a bed or mattress before but I found the service that James provided to be very helpful and he demonstrated a clear knowledge of the products. He was equally very patient with me and even made me a cup of tea in the meantime. I had a very pleasant experience overall and was ultimately very satisfied with my choices.

The special offers meant our new bed was cheaper than the equivalent at IKEA. Free delivery and a company who specialise in beds made the overall experience stress free. Mr Camill-Christian was lovely and friendly and checked all our order details back to us which instilled confidence. Thanks xx

Good customer service, all relevant information given, friendly and fast service. Plenty of opportunity to ask questions and all answered clearly., Opportunity to test products

your employees where very helpful especially David I told him I had a back problem and he was very helpful and thanks for the coffee.

Assistant was very informative efficient and friendly, the store was set out in an easy to follow colour coded way, and whilst the assistant was on hand to give advice he wasn't intrusive.
