I found what I wanted easily and without any fuss

We arrived at the store and the assistant did not immediately bother us, she allowed us to browse and then offered assistance. She listened to our requests and offered a cup of tea whilst we chatted. She helped us with her knowledge and left us to decide what we wanted and even moved items around so that we could experience our requests. We were left to make our decision in peace which was much appreciated. We then approached her and gave her our request to which she dealt with in a professional manner, she explained the order confirmation and the terms and conditions. We are now awaiting delivery but all praise to her for securing our order.

Having placed our initial order for our new bed, headboard and mattress we were delighted to find we could purchase matching bedside cabinets which was perfect to complete our new bedroom suite from Dreams

Very friendly.Nothing was to much for him.He was very helpful but then left us alone to wander around and then decide.Explained every thing in detail to us which was great.

We were pleasantly surprised at Chris's knowledge regarding the range of both mattresses and beds in general and with his extremely valuable assistance we decided to purchase a new bed including headboard to replace our existing bed at our home. One point to emphasise is that Chris was in no way pushing for a sale in effect completely the opposite which in today's marketplace was a very pleasurable experience from the normal approach. A young man hopefully with a very good future and a real credit to the company

I had little knowledge of current advances in mattress technology. The assistant, Anca, was very helpful without being intrusive. She was very clear in explanation of the relative advantages of each mattress type and made helpful suggestions of suitability. The range of choice at Dreams was large but with her help I found the right one for me.

David served us, he was extremely knowledgable and friendly this made our visit very easy

The Salesperson David was very knowledgeable and patiently explained the pros and cons of each mattress.
