Shop made a very good impression and friendly assistance with good knowledge was available very quickly. Delivery time was excellent. Delivery scheduling and execution was professional.

Customer friendly and staff left me to make my own decision and I was not feel pressured into buying a product.

Made 2 visits in the same day. Colleague recognised us on the 2nd visit although no one had spoken to us at the first visit, which was just how we prefer it! We'd much rather ask for help than be pestered as to whether we needed help. Well done!

The shop assistant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Dedicated plenty of time to answer our questions and was very diligent placing the orders.

Anca served us. She took time to listen to our preferences and then to explain the options and ranges available. We were not rushed or "blinded by jargon" and we did not feel pressurised into making a decision. The service was polite and efficient.

The lady who served us, Anca Acondrinesei, was excellent. Just enough friendliness and empathy. Excellent product knowledge and swift execution on the computer. She has been very well trained!

We were surprised and delighted that we could mix and match the various products to get just what we wanted. Brilliant.

THE STAFF WAS PROFESSIONAL AND CURTIOUS TO US.

We were given time and space to look around the store and think about our decisions and the store assistant provide us with help when we asked for item description and delivery time. Therefore the customer service was excellent as we never were pressured and felt comfortable at all times. Also, he provided a coffee for my dad which was very nice after he had just come back form work.
