David was very friendly and knowledgable, even making me a very welcome cup of coffee. Everything was done quickly but with no pressure, and I was very pleased with my purchase. The only slight problem was that the delivery could not be guaranteed on a morning, which would have been my preferernce.

We were not chased as soon as we entered the store but allowed to look around first. The assistant was very helpful and a credit to your company. He was called Camil-Christian Lupu and very polite and extremely pleasant, a quality not always found these days.

A quality product at a reasonable price. The advice given was useful and helpful. There was no pressure selling and "David" gave sound guidance. The collection/installation team were courteous and efficient. An enjoyable experience all round. Thank you.

Good product knowledge very polite

Very knowledgeable staff, patient and willing to spend as much time with me answering my questions, quick and easy process

We were asked if we wanted a drink and the colour coded system was well explained. We were also given Tempur pillows to try the beds with. The pillows were so nice we even brought a pair.

We were greeted upon arrival to the store. Helen (the sales lady) explained all about the colour codes and then made us a very nice mug of coffee. When we were ready to place our order we approached Helen. We were not rushed, everything was explained and we felt relaxed. Not pressured at all. I would recommend everybody goes to Dreams in Poole. We were very happy with our expreiance. I do not like to be pestered by sales people, and on this occasion I wasn't.

Overall a good experience. Claire our advisor listened to our needs, which was a small double for my daughter. She was not pushy, which we found with competitors.. And a decision was made. The process was swift, 14 day delivery and no dramas. The bed took 2.5hrs to build solo, so I'm baffled how some people took over 4hrs to build this model. Easy to follow instructions and a fair quality bed. Good work dreams.

On entering the store I was not immediately pounced upon by your employees. When he did introduce himself and I explained I did not need help at that point he accepted this but did make a very useful comment regarding the colour coding used. He then left us to look around. He did return to us after about 10 mins. Whereas in the stores over the road I was pounced upon and the employee followed me everywhere even when I made it obvious by walking from one end of the store to the other several times just to see him follow. SO WELL DONE YOUR EMPLOYEE FOR ADDED VALUE COMMENT AND LEAVING ME ALONE FOR A SENSIBLE PERIOD OF TIME.
