After a friendly greeting by Anca we were taken to the display we required, she then explained about and demonstrated the beds we were interested in, giving us time to try the beds which made our choice much easier. At no time were we pressurised into making any decision about our purchase. The whole experience was very good, and Anca and James completed our purchase, both being a great asset to your sales team.

Great service with a helpful and informative staff member. Time was given to take us around the shop to help us make an informed decision but space to let us talk about the product. Great service and fantastic choice.

The sales assistant agreed to price match an offer we had found elsewhere (after checking the competitors website himself). He agreed to match the offer of two free pillows and free delivery. He took the time to explain the 40 night exchange guarantee and left us feeling completely re-assured that we had made the right decision to place our order with Dreams. He fully explained the delivery process and that we would receive a call before 1030hrs on the day of delivery to confirm a two hour time slot. We received the call as promised, and the men arrived within the first 30mins of the slot they had given us. The delivery men were polite, courteous and took great care in the house while removing and replacing our old mattress. They took time to explain about the schedule for turning our mattress to get the best from our new Tempur mattress. Most importantly, that night, I slept like a baby!
