Quick, efficient, friendly, helpful and value for money

On our first visit the salesperson, Claire, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, but not pushy at all. We received a quote and then returned to purchase the mattress two weeks later (15/08/16). On the purchase visit, David, was equally helpful and knowledgeable, and also gave us time to think without pushing us to buy. We found this approach really useful, and it led us to make the purchase in store, rather than online. The knowledge of products was a key point in making our purchase in store.

David could not have been any more helpful. This is some of the best customer service we have received anywhere. He welcomed us both into the store and quickly got to work assessing our needs. He listened to us, understood what we were looking for, patiently gave us time to consider the options available and even made us a lovely cup of tea! We came in to the store thinking a Tempur bed was out of reach but David upsold the benefits brilliantly and we can't wait for our new Tempur bed to be delivered! Thanks so much David.
