I was shopping with my mother for an adjustable bed. She is in her late 80s, hard of hearing and not very mobile. David was very attentive and extremely patient. He made sure my mother had all the information she needed to make the right choices for her and that she understood all aspects of the purchase. He really went the extra mile. Even getting us cups of coffee!

Kim was new but very helpful and had a lovely way of selling. I work in sales and I was very impressed. She's learning from another lady in store and they were both very helpful

A clean well presented store, with friendly staff who did not put pressure on us to make a purchase. The atmosphere was relaxed and informal. We were offered a hot drink which was welcome on a dull afternoon, ( a biscuit to go with it would have added that little extra to the experience) otherwise a very good shopping experience

The assistant was extremely professional and courteous and didn't rush us at all, We were after a mattress topper plus bedding , she enquired what type or mattress we where to put the topper on and found a similar type of mattress in store to demonstrate the topper on to give us an accurate likeness of what we may expect.

Within a short time of entering the store were were apprised of the options/latest matress technology available and so knew what to look for. Friendly assistance was always at hand yet unobtrusive. Far better experience than in other bedding stores locally.

Had exactly the right amount of help without feeling bothered. Delicious coffee and even a balloon to keep the little one happy while ordering. Felt no pressure what so ever to make the purchase.

Your sales lady was not only extremely helpful and very polite,she was also training a new assistant for one of your other stores, and took time with her and included her in our conversation. I am 85 years old and your sales lady helped me on and off he mattresses whilst I was trying them out. Thank you all for. being so kind and helpful to me as I am disabled and your help today made a terrific difference.

WE ENTERED THE STORE.AND WAS MET BUY A LOVELY GIRL CALLED ANCA.TOLD HER I NEEDED A GOOD MATTRESS FOR MY BACK.SHE LET US TRY THEM OUT .WAS NOT RUSHED AND WAS OFERED A CUP OF COFFEE.WHEN WE DECEIDED WHICH MATRESS WE WANTED SHE ORDERED WITH SPEED. WE WERE ALSO OFFERED FREE PILLOW.WHICH WAS NICE .I THOUGHT SHE WAS A VERY KIND GIRL.AND GOOD AT HER JOB.WILL ALWAYS USE DREAMS IN THE FUTURE.

The assistant Andrew was friendly and helpful, he listened to my requirements and gave me plenty of time to try out the various mattresses and make my mind up. He knew all about the various mattresses and pillows and as able to point me in the right direction. A very easy and stress free shopping experience!
