Dreams - Poole

We were in and out having purchased a new mattress within 20 minutes. I told the shop assistant what I wanted and he found it for me immediately. He was helpful and friendly but did not pressure or rush us into buying. We paid for the mattress quickly and with ease. Overall very good experience, no waiting around and friendly staff.

Staff helpful. Lots of choice of similar value products.

Assistant, was very polite, and knowledgeable. Felt she had an understanding of our requirements. Well presented and smart appearance. Was not pushy! Showed us a variety of beds/mattresses in various price ranges, so did not feel we were always pushed to more expensive options.

Helped by Andrew who listened to our needs and took us through the choices available. He did it with humour and patience. Good experience

Kim was friendly and helpful and although new to the job appeared confident and asked for help from a colleague when she was unable to answer a question. We felt that she was giving us her best attention and read us well.

Claire was extremely friendly and approachable from the start. We let her believe she could sell us anything (but we knew what we did and didn't want), but she took the time to ask lots of questions and show us lots of possibilities before she honed in on what she felt would meet our needs (which was exactly what we thought before we went - but wanted to be sure!). She wasn't afraid to go and ask for clarification if she was uncertain of exact details. She is a credit to the store and the training you provide to your staff.
