Miles was extremely helpful and not pushy in any way

Emily was professional but friendly. She took the time to understand our needs, and never rushed us. She was extremely knowledgeable and we really appreciated her assistance. An excellent sales person who got a good result without being pushy. We visited 2 other shops which did not compare to the help Emily provided us.

We first visited the Poole store, just to see what was available. Miles, the guy that showed us the beds that we would be most interested in, was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We returned a week later just to confirm that the bed we had chosen was the one we really wanted. Again Miles was on hand to help us with our decision. Again he was very helpful and friendly. The whole process, from start to finish was very well orchestrated and very easy.

The shop assistant James was very helpful and friendly.

James acknowledged us and said hello but didn’t jump on us; he gave us space and time to browse before we approached him when we were ready to. Excellent friendly knowledgeable service. Felt extremely covid secure. James didn’t rush us; he listened and advised accordingly and suggested several options based on our needs. Excellent team member and service. Thank you. :)
