The assistant who dealt with us was friendly efficient and helpful. She gave us information but also gave us time to make a decision. We felt we were not pressurised into making a purchase. A most enjoyable experience.

The efficiency of the salesperson was excellent,although only been in the role a short time the training was effective but she also possessed peoples skills.

I was served by Mr. James Coates who spent time patiently with me at my speed. Various beds and accessories were shown me, and His personality and product knowledge was first class, he is a credit to your Company When I made my choice, mr Coates explained everything I needed to know to complete my purchase, and as I did not have enough finance with me I returned the following day to complete. At this juncture I was served by Kim, who went through the paperwork thoroughly and efficiently explaining all I needed to know. Kim is also a great asset to your company. There was a glitch on the computer, which held matters up temporarily, and Kim got ,hold of Mr Coates. Business was conclude most satisfactoriy. Their validation code is 088. I was a delighted customer

Anca was very pleasant and helpful - in fact when we left the store we picked up my mother and took her to dreams and she purchased a mattress as well

Very happy was given a pillow each to try the beds out properly. Also offered a tea or coffee wich I must say was very nice and in clean cup.

Helpful and friendly staff - all polite and despite it being busy didn't rush or hassle me.
