Good knowledge and advice from friendly in store staff. Very polite and efficient delivery staff, even brought own door matt and removed shoes before enter home.

On arrival we were greeted in a very friendly manner and directed to the area that was of interest to us.All of our questions were answered in a professional and concise manner and we were allowed to make our purchase decision over a coffee in an unpressured environment.All together a very good experience.

Kim who served me was fantastic. She greated me with a friendly manner and offer me and my children a drink. Whilst going through the sales process she was very professional and made it all very simple. She informed me she was still fairly new to her role so just wanted to double check a few things. Appreciated her honesty. She made my visit a very positive one and she is a real asset to the store. Highly recommended!!

Our assistant, Helen was incredibly helpful without being pushy and made the whole process of ordering bed and mattresses very easy.

I called the store at 9 05 am and spoke to Helen . I explained I needed a bed urgently and gave her the criterias I was looking for . She said there were some cancelled orders available for quick delivery that might be suitable . I came into the store after work . Helen showed me what was available and after trying a few , I made my selection. Helen confirmed could be delivered Monday 12 th , perfect .
