David the salesman was very responsive to our needs, he understood our requirements and found us a product within budget

The sales man spent time with us, we didn't feel rushed. Was patient with us and my 2 boys who had to lie also on the beds.

Kane wasn't pushy but gave clear relative information.

I had a very specific need. The staff understood this & were really helpful. All ordered & delivery in time for when my visitors arrive!

We found the visit to the store a very pleasurable experience thanks to the sales assistant 'Anca' who made the choosing of a mattress stress free . She made us feel very welcome and ensured we bought the product that exactly suited us. It was also in the sale which made it even more pleasing. I would have no hesitation in recommending the store to friends and relatives and would certainingly shop there again. Well done Dreams and well done Anca.

The store layout was very easy to navigate and the assistant (David) was a pleasure to deal with, offering advice and help when necessary.

We bought our original bed and mattress from dreams and returned to buy a new mattress, we couldn't buy exactly the same as previously (it was over 10 years ago) but have bought a very similar model and expect it to perform as well as the previous mattress, a bit pricey to dispose of our original mattress, but we like the overall service from dreams and will use you again, we also bought the insurance and a bed head. Our only complaint was the coffee was very poor quality compared to other venues you have a free coffee i.e. car showrooms etc.

Customer assistance was excellent and we found just what we needed at a reasonable price!
