We got what we wanted quickly

Very friendly staff member, we had a problem with a mattress not being able to be delivered on the same day as the other mattresses and she went out of her way to help and even offered to personally deliver a rolled up mattress to use until the other mattress arrived. Extremely helpful, would recommend to friends and family.

A very smooth and rewarding shopping experience from start to finish :_ The help given by the knowledgeable assistant was first class, even providing me with a cup of tea (!) : I was given unlimited time to contrast the beds on offer and make my choice : The result of which was my buying what I wanted without hassle : and I am genuinely now looking forward to my new bed delivery and future good nights sleep.

The assistant who dealt with us seemed well informed on the item which we wanted to buy.

We were not hassled, left to browse in peace, what a relief! Very pleasant and knowledgeable assistant, Chris. Excellent selections of beds and mattresses.

I was served by Helen who was helpful, knowledgeable and not over pushy. I've walked out of 5 showrooms due to pushy sales assists but Helen took her time to explain then left us to find a product which best suited me. She was available for further questions when even I needed it. The way she assisted me made me feel relaxed and able to find the items I needed without feeling pressured or lead to the most expensive items. Instead she listened to my needs and pointed out suggestions which were exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend Dreams to any friends and would like to thank Helen for all her help. She really is an asset to your company.

I was very impressed with the staff particularly James initially when asking advise on various beds then with Helen once I had made a decision on my choice of mattress. I was supplied with pillows that I use so I could really get the correct feel of the various beds that I tried. I was also very impressed with the speed that my purchase was to be delivered. I would most certainly recommend Dreams to friends and family. Brilliant service.

This visit was a spur of the moment thing! We have struggled to sleep well for months getting older which we hate to admit. Bulging disks, floating ribs and god knows what else......unclassified. We were met with a smile and clearly listened to.... not sure i would have the patients to listen to all the elments and still be interested. We were given lots of time, advice and even a cuppa what more could we want! On a serious note as we were prepared to spend a lot of money, we were given the time and space to make our own judgement literally jumping from one bed to another and only a small amount of pillow talk

The whole experience of shopping in this store was positive, the layout the store, the quality of the product but more importantly the knowledge and customer service of David who assisted me in my purchase. he is an outstanding member of your team and is the reason I came back to this store to buy a second bed /mattress
