Not pestered by salesman but there when he was needed. Good timing.

For one major reason: Chris who dealt with us was understanding in every respect.He met all our needs in a very balanced and professional way. He listened very attentively and acted appropriately.

Customer service excellent without being too pushy.

The sales assistant was knowledgeable, explained different options to me but wasn't pushy or intrusive. There also was a wide range of products to choose from.

The gentleman (David) who showed us the range of products we were interested in was very knowledgeable about the products, answered all our questions readily and was very patient while we decided what to opt for. The store was well laid out with the different types of product available, which helped us to assess which ones were suitable for us.

The store had exactly what I was looking for, and at the right price. Extremely helpful and polite assistant.

Having been a previous customer, we returned to buy again as we were satisfied with the service and more importantly the product, the assistance in making the purchase was first class, we didn't feel pressured, but enough detail and advise to select the right product again and plenty of questions on our individual sleeping preferences, we came away with a pleasant experience in making the right purchase at the right budget price for us.

Looking for a King Size mattress and the lady who helped was very friendly and knowledgeable. Store was easy to navigate around too and I was offered a tea/ coffee almost immediately and was treated well from the start.

Helen, the sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in finding exactly what we were looking for, the whole process didn't take any time at all.

Chris the assistant was very knowledgeable extremely friendly so overall a very good experience.
