Chris made the the experience easy. He did sell us more stuff than we initially came for but wasn't pushy and was veru pleasant.The lay out was good and even though it was busy we were seen quickly.

FRom the moment we entered the store to the minute we left we were looked after by the assistant. he was friendly and very knowledgable. After explaining about the products he left us alone to try out the mattresses etc. He even made us a cup of tea!!

Very attentive sales staff without being pressurising, well mannered and knowledgable. I visited twice, once with and once without my girlfriend and both occasions were worth travelling from Swanage for. We were going to risk another dive into Groupon but after the first attempt failed miserably, we put our faith in something more expensive but with a higher level of confidence that we'll be satisfied in the long run. Andrew was excellent, as was David when looking after us while Andrew was with other customers.

Sales person was extremely informative and advised and assisted us to try various options to ensure we had best mattress for us not just what he wanted to sell.

The staff that served me was very helpful and understanding of what I wanted. He knew where everything was and exactly where the bed I wanted was also he had a sense of humour.

Friendly, helpful staff and of course the cup of tea !
