We were very satisfied by the way we were treated by the sales person. She was very knowledgeable about the products we were after namely a divan base and mattress.She explained everything we needed to know and were happy to purchase the items we wanted.

Assistant David. Very experienced. No effort spared to help and assist us in our search for the right deal for us.

On entering the Store, at Wessex Gate East Retail Park, POOLE DORSET. We were made very welcome by David, As I was disabled he very kindly showed myself and my Husband to the particular type of Beds we were interested in. The products at Dreams were of excellent Materials and well made, David had excellent knowledge of the products, any question we asked he always gave us a very feasible and sensible answer. My Husband and myself found David a very nice person. He helped us through and gave us time to think what we wanted, and helped us through each stage of the purchase. As I was disabled David helped me in claiming back the VAT. In fact two more of his colleagues were very jolly also, It was a great pleasure to shop in Dreams. Well done all of you.
