We just got in the shop and within 30 seconds anca the assistant was helping us she was very pleasant didn't take long to sort out our purchase offered us a hot drink while dealing with the paperwork she was fast and efficient dealing with our purchase I wouldn't hesitate in going there again

From stepping in to the store the assistant was very helpful and took the time to find what we wanted and to explain our options

The Sales assistant was very helpful and pleasant. She gave me as much time as I required and I did not in any way feel rushed. She gave me information as and when required and listened to my problems with mattresses. I particularly like the option of exchange in 40 days if required.

I had come to the shop to research beds and mattresses. I found a bed and mattress that I liked and these were both on promotion so I bought them at a very good price. I was able to place my order that day and arrange to have them delivered at a time to suit me. The assistant was very helpful and explained all the details very well. I got a free mattress protector which was a nice touch

Courtesy and friendly assistant made us welcome.He listened to our needs and with his professionalism explained all we needed to know and the sale completed. He impressed and I would definetly recommend to use the store and not hesitate to call again.

I felt very satisfied with the service given to me by Chris. Admittedly it was not a busy time but I have had good service from the Poole branch before so that is why I returned. Just hope the delivery service goes as planned
