David is a very charming man easy to talk to answered all our questions. We did not feel as tho we were pushed into buying which made our visit very enjoyable. David made us feel, that if there were any problems, we could contact him and he would help us.....TOP MARKS

The assistant David was extremely helpful. Pointed out the various bases. Also discussed the various mattress types and virtues. We were permitted to try out mattress to find the best comortgage and support, with the prices in mind. We were offered a nice cup of coffee and use of toilet facilities. After all some of us have weak bladders so it was great that the store had suitable facilities. Overall experience was excellent.

Dreams Colleague Chris was very knowledgable and attentive without being pushy. He was able to show us what we wanted with the minimum of fuss and completed the sale in a very friendly and competent manner.
