i was not pounced on as soon as i entered the store. this i liked to have a look round then some one approached me and offered me a cup of tea or coffee. this was much appreciated . i asked a few questions and was given helpfull imformation, which helped me make my choice within my buget without any sales pressure. once having made my choice . i was pleased the delivery would be in 3 days later. im now looking forward to my new mattress being delivered tomorrow. thankyou.

The sales assistant actually pointed us towards a product with same spec but newer and cheaper. The sale didn't take too long and they got my daughter some squash too.

We were literally in and out within half an hour. Our sales assistant was highly knowledgeable and guided us to exactly the products that we asked to see. When we sat down for our payment details we were offered a cup of tea which was nice. And to be told that delivery could be within two weeks on New Years Eve no less was AMAZING. Our current mattress is 12 years old and giving us back ache and we thought we would have to spend time and money in changing it. However our Dreams experience was simple, easy and very professional. Thank you to everyone at the Poole store.

The store was clean and the staff friendly. We easily located the item we wished to purchase and the price was reasonable. We were offered a hot drink. The payment was quick and easy, and the delivery time was good.

The sales assistant really listened to my requirements and ensured he met the brief. The product could be delivered for a reasonable fee and he even gave advice on what would happen with getting it in to my very awkward house!
