Found the store laid out for a comfortable walk round with ease and try out the beds made welcome by the staff . They where busy but had time for us when required very very ploite and fun. It was a pleasure to purchase from the poole store. Very refreshing 10 out off 10

Very impressed with the service. Went in originally to buy a new mattress walked out a highly satisfied customer of a new bed, as well as a new mattress. Plenty of knowledge and information right from the very start. Would highly reccomend to all.

We visited the branch in Poole & were quickly approached by a member of staff,it didn't take long to establish what we needed & where to find it.We had advice on how to choose the bed & the importance of a good matress.I am about to move into a new flat but don't have a date yet,this was no obstacle due Dreams being so flexible.Shouldn't really mention names but the lady who served us,Anca,was just great,incredibly nice aswell as being a huge help.The whole experience was a hassle free pleasure.

From entering the store to leaving having decided on our purchase, completing the paperwork, and to leaving the store, we were under no pressure, staff were knowledgable, friendly and gave us time to consider our options.

Anc was helpful but not pushy.

Very helpful member of staff who guided us away from our original plan to something more suited to our needs. Previous question about quality, can't really say yet as the bed has not been delivered and quality will only become apparent with use.
