The store was quiet so received assistance immediately. The help was factual and easy to understand

I did not know just what I wanted but both of the helpful staff guided me all the way. I never felt under any pressure and was given plenty of time to make my decision. I was offered tea/coffee and I felt both Louse and James understood my needs. After I had visited many shops looking for the right bed I'm sure I could not have found a better experience and would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams and a special thanks to Louise and James

The salesman, Chris, was polite, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and respectful. We tried quite a few beds and had the use of different pillows too. Nothing was pushed on us. We made the choice. We left to go elsewhere to see what else was available and came back as we were impressed with the quality and choice. A very easy shop and good customer service.

The visit to the Poole store was very good. Anca was most helpful and what I liked most was we were helped and then left to decide with no pressure.

Clear info re the firmness of the mattress. Encouraged to try the beds and lie on them.
