The assistant in the store greeted us warmly and, after we explained what we were looking for, showed us the range of mattresses that interested us the most.He then left us alone to make our choice, which did not take very long, he was then available to take our order and explained in great detail all the information we needed about our order and the delivery details. We would certainly consider shopping at Dreams again after our very pleasant experience of shopping there on this occasion.

David the salesman was very patient with me whist I chose which bed and bedframe I wanted he as able to answer all my questions And was very feiendly

I was delighted with the very helpful member of staff that I dealt with who was called Helen. She was very knowledgeable but she never made me feel pressurised into my purchase but let me and my wife make our own choice and the dealt with our purchase quickly and efficiently and made us feel as if we mattered as customers and not that we were just another sale

I was highly satisfied as the assistant that dealt with us was very attentive and knew what he was doing.

Assistant Ancer offered help straight away, she made sure she was available to help me once I had looked around after her advice and was prompt to help placing my order and made me a cup of tea. very good service

Customer service was very good, giving us enough help when requested but given us the space we needed to decide. Not at all pushy by any of the staff we encountered. Warm and friendl y and ready to help and didn't appear at all inconvenienced when we proceeded to buy a few minutes to closing. In fact still went the extra mile to try the mattress of our choice on a solid bed to help us get a feel for what it will be like at home. The team seem to genuinely work well together. Thankyou team for helping us decide.
