Very polite and efficient staff

Brev understood my needs and helped me very well with all my questions. He explained what else he could offer and while I rang my insurance company which took a while, he politely was able to help another customer without it annoying me. He not only acted professionally in the store, he is able to multi task without upsetting other customers.

We have bought a bed from Dreams before and served by David. This time we again were served by David. Excellent salesman and very patient with us as we took nearly two and half hours to chose.

We were greeted by a member of the team named David who was very knowledgable about your product range and help ease us towards a final choice without being pushy. He showed huge understanding and patients throughout .

I was not hasseled allowed to look aroung store before I was appraoched. Friendly staff and helpful.

David was very friendly and talked us through the different types of mattresses available. Gave us space when we needed but was also on hand when we needed to ask a question.

Andrew was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. We were given plenty of time to consider our purchase. Very professional and helpful service.

Collegue made himself available but did not intrude or pressure. Product knowledge very helpful.

We were greated by David when we entered the store.He listened to what we were looking for ,then showed us a few options.He offered us a drink while we made our choice which we declined .Then we were offered a pillow each to help make our final choice.A very good shopping experience.
