Excellent customer service from Claire.

We visited several other stores and preferred Dreams for quality and speed of delivery

We were offered refreshments as we were browsing. A member of staff asked if we required any help.we said no just looking would ask if needed. We were left to browse and discuss between ourselves with no body following us around . When we had chosen the assistant was extremely helpful . Thank you Claire.

we were greeted by David who was so helpful he made our visit to the store very pleasant as it is a bit of a mine field choosing a bed when there is so much choice . There was no pressure sales talk just a very helpful and knowledgeable friendly person who even brought us a welcome coffee .We wandered round the store trying beds and pillows at our leisure , looking forward to the new bed in 3 weeks .

Unfortunateley we were quite late going to the store,but Andrew the assistant was extremeley helpful and didnt rush us even thou we were late.

I tried out every bed in the store and the assistant david was patient and explained all the difference s to help me decide on the right bed

Customer service was excellent, welcome,helpfulness, cheerfulness. It was a wholly pleasant shopping experience. We would certainly return.

Spent ages choosing a new mattress over two weekends! Each time we visited Dreams in Poole David was calm, clear and friendly - so much better than other 'pushy' salesman we encountered! Cup of tea was a genuine nice surprise also!

Chris who helped us understood our needs from our new mattress, based on our different medical needs and was able to recommend the right mattress for us. Hopefully after receiving our mattress and sleeping on it, we will still be impressed.
