I visited the store ; James was very helpful and I returned home with measurements to check for sizing. Returned the following day - Chris processed my order - very amenable and friendly. Didn't at any time feel pressurised into making a decision. A nice shop!

I have visited several large bed and furniture stores over the last few months in my quest to buy a new comfortable bed. I have walked away from all of them due to overbearing sales staff, staff who had no knowledge, staff who thought that as I was on my own I was less likely to buy and went on to couples leaving me floundering in trying to work out what I needed! My son suggested I go to Dreams but I thought it would be much more expensive with full on sales staff and I was daunted. I decided to give it a try today and how I was wrong. It is actually a Dream! Anca helped me in every way. She gave me informative facts, she was patient in explaining all the details but she also left me alone to try the beds without crowding me (very important to me) even giving me a pillow to take round with me! What a lovely touch. It is the biggest single purchase I have made in the last 8 years so it was incredibly important to me that I made the right choice. I firmly believe now that Dreams is the best and I would not hesitate to recommend to all my friends and colleagues and anyone else who wants to know!

Chris was a great help to me and my wife who were buying our daughter her first bed, she has speacil requirement that once mention Chris went above and beyond to help us with making the right descions on the bed we purchased

Our sales person was friendly, gave us a cup of coffee, and we're treated how we like to be treated! Store was a fantastic store with plenty of choice! Our sales lady Helen was happy, helpful and very pleasant. The store was clean and very organised. We would recommend to anyone and sure to buy here. The only complaint we would say that could be improved, is the charge for removing our old bed and Base. With the money spent on a new bed ( complete I hasten to add) could be reduced or even free, being the lorry and men will already be at our address. It was a very large fee to pay!!! Luckily delivery was free on this occasion otherwise we would of had to think about our purchase more! We would like to thank Helen very much for her patience 😆

I was approached by an adviser within minutes of entering the store, and was taken to the item I was interested in. I was also shown an alternative, given a fabric book to choose from, and shown a headboard on the website which wasn't in stock, enabling me to complete my purchase of an Otterman bed, Mattress and Headboard for my master bedroom.

Was not pressurised to buy anything the assistant came over to explain what differences there were in each product which I found very helpful. The store was very clean everything was in tip top condition nothing out of place a pleasure to shop here.

The staff were very considerate at all times. I enjoyed a cup of coffee whilst enquiring about the product. all my questions were dealt with in a friendly and informative manner. consequently, in spite of my disabilities the shopping experience was a very pleasent one.
