The store assistant Chris was very polite, most helpful, and understood exactly what i wanted he was friendly and just a real nice person.If only all shop and store assistants were like him.

I was greeted when I walked in, without being jumped on, and a very friendly member of staff (whose name I wish I could remember) helped me to find what I wanted.

we bought our adjustable beds from you 7 years ago, and need to replace the mattresses with similar. The sales lady was very helpful and advised us which one was similar to our previous ones.
