David (who served us) was very friendly and helpful right from the moment we walked in. He answered all of our questions and helped us choose the bed and mattress that was right for us. We were specifically looking for a split mattress option as we have different requirements due to neck and back problems. We were offered cups of tea/coffee which were very welcome and everything was explained in a way that we could easily understand. Yes we spent (a lot!) more than we intended but we are confident that with the assistance and advice we received we have made the right choice, and the fact that we have been able to spread the cost interest free over 36 months is a huge help to us.

Why can't all customer sales assistants be like Chris?" The exact words my partner and I said as we left your store in Wessex gate east retail park, Poole. Chris 'listened' & gave us informed answers & options to questions my partner and I had. No 'hard' sale or juggling other customers along side us. Chris focused solely on us, - excellent Rapport building skills. The store was clean and tidy, with an airy feel. Giving us the opportunity to really view the products on offer. We purchased a bed & mattress at a great price, which we had only envision but never previously found at 'other' furniture stores. Well done Dreams! You have restored our faith in the existence of great customer service delivery while still achieving value for money.

Pleasant, friendly and knowledgable staff. Relaxed atmosphere in store you can take as long as you like to look around and their is always a member of staff available to answer any questions that you have. If only all companies where this good!
