guy (David) was great, really helpful & friendly

Very helpful sales assistant. Was there when we need information and left us to look round the store in our own time.

Couldn't complain about anything.

I was greeted by an exceptionally well versed and friendly sales assistant named Chris. There was no hard sale and an understanding of what I was looking for.

Sales assistant very friendly and was available as soon as i entered the shop. His product knowledge was excellent and he processed my order very quickly.

I was satisfied but I do not welcome being offered insurance and other things bumping up the cost

As soon as we entered the store an assistant came to help us. The help he offered was relevant to our needs and his support was appropriate to our needs

This was a return trip to Dreams as I purchased a bed frame and mattress from the same shop when it 1st opened have been very pleased with existing product which I now wish to replace. Walked into Dreams store and found exactly what I had in mind for a replacement design, price matched my budget so very please just waiting for an anticipated delivery date.

Salesman gave advice on the merits on the selection of the products, which meant I could make a choice appropriate to my needs. This included comfort factor & how to maintain the bedding to keep it fresh.

DAVID LEFT US TO HAVE A GOOD LOOK AROUND THE STORE, AND THEN I APPROACHED HIM FOR HELP AND ADVISE, WHICH HE GAVE IN SPADES. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPED US GO THROUGH THE RANGE OF OPTIONS, GIVEN WE WERE LOOKING FOR A BED THAT WOULD HELP MY WIFES BACK ISSUES, WITHOUT BREAKING THE BANK. WHEN IT CAME TO PLACING THE ORDER, WHILE WE WERE PLANNING ON POPPING OVER THE ROAD FOR AN ALTERNATIVE QUOTE, WE DIDN'T BOTHER AND STAYED WITH DAVID AND DREAMS. WE HAVE BOUGHT SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST AND IT'S ALWAYS BEEN DAVID HELPING US.
