Customer service was excellent. Care and attention to my particular needs and type of mattress I wanted were listened to and acted upon. I was offered a coffee and my young grandson, who was with me, was offered a cold drink. The Dreams assistant ( I think was called James) was polite, efficient and friendly. I am looking forward to my new mattress arriving in 2/3 days.

Andrew made himself available to assist me at my leisure. When requested he offered to provide automated assessment of my needs and subsequently offered a selection of pillows to use during my mattress selection with a hygiene protector. Andrew then guided me through a selection of mattresses confirming my needs and explaining the features construction and comfort. On agreement he processed my purchase maintaining social distance guidance and friendly conversation. Time processing purchase was extended when I elected to take the 0% payment plan. I was pleased to receive no pressure support and guidance which saved me from visiting other local stores.

Miles, who served us could not have been more helpful. He listened to our needs, showed us products which were suitable, then we used the machine which agreed with what we thought. At all times he was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. His manner was delightful, not too effusive but just right. We were very pleased with the delivery dates offered
