At no time were we put under any pressure to buy anything. David, who served us, was very knowledgeable about his products, and answered our questions in a way we could understand. We were given all the time we needed to discuss bedding solutions, and David made us coffee and left us alone until we indicated we needed more information.

Christian served us and we were the last customers before the store shut. He was friendly helpful, took his time and ensured we were happy with everything at each stage of the sale. We had our young son with us and christian even gave him a balloon .... Great stuff!

I wasn't sure what to look for in a bed for my comfort assistant was very helpfully and accommodating. Very happy with outcome.

I was met by David Mudie on my first visit. He was very accommodating, took time to understand what I was looking for and my current situation (buying my first house!). He showed me many options, was friendly and provided me with pillows when trying the bed. He had a very good knowledge of the products and even made me a cup of tea. He alone is the reason I returned to the store the following week and spent just shy of £2k. He really knew his stuff, made the process very easy and is a credit to Dreams. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family.
