The store was easy to fine. Parking was fine. The store was well laid out & the assistant was very good. We came out of the store feeling it was a very worthwhile visit.

Friendly and not over powering when entering the store and whilst walking around. Offered coffee on arrival when was very nice. Sales person was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk with.Very impressed overall and already recommending Dreams to friends and family of what a pleasant experience it was.Cannot say that about all retail trips.

David who served us was polite, knowledgable and vary helpful. We bought our previous bed from Dreams and never thought of going anywhere else when we had to replace.

Chris was extremely helpful. We were hoping to buy just a mattress However. as we had bought our old bed and mattress in France we had to have a mattress and base as the size of our base was not suitable. I did think it was very expensive at £1,806.04 However we had our first nights sleep on the Tempur Mattress and found it very comfortable as we do like a firm mattress. Mollie Starks.
