The store assistant welcomed us as soon as we entered the store. He allowed us time to look at the product we were interested in. The he came over and offered some assistance. We told him what we were looking for and he suggested some appropriate items. He then offered tea and coffee and gave us some time to try the mattresses. We were fully supported through our choices. He was helpful and knowledgeable,without being pushy.

We were greeted by friendly staff. We we were offered a drink and a biscuit! Our sales advisor knew exactly what he was talking about and helped us all the way. He was fantastic. His name was David and works at the Poole branch. He was very professional as was all the other members of staff there. They were not pushy and we got what we wanted We are very pleased with our purchases Thank you
